The recent 2009 CIMA Global award for Best Employer - Medium Sized Company is a proud one and follows in the legacy of the ITV Business Service Centre (BSC) taking a Leadership role in many areas since its foundation in 2008.
David took the lead in the framing of our Recruitment Proposal, Induction Programme, Ways of Working and overall harmony of the Centre.  Without David, little of what we have now would be available, not to mind delivered on in full.
David's focus on Values, Beliefs, Leadership, High Performance Coaching, Mentoring and associated People impacts have make us a stronger team, able to roll with the blows and duck and weave accordingly when in the ring on a day to day basis. 
The basis of these successes and amazing motivation, commitment and satisfaction can be traced back to a few areas - one of the key elements was the ROOTS SHOOTS FRUITS training module. I didn’t utilise this at the induction of over 120 colleagues.. NO .... I utilised this as part of the recruitment process and then used RSF to build on this through a defined leading edge Induction programme matched up with innovative Team Building exercises. 21st Century Finance is more than Processes and Systems, it’s about People and RSF created an inevitable rollercoaster of focus on Beliefs, Values, Behaviours and Sustainable Outcomes - all of which has stood the BSC operation in great stead.
 David Yeoman and the ROOTS SHOOTS FRUITS programme had created learning for LIFE ... not just work a holistic approach. David's knowledge, openness, beliefs and innovative programme methods meant our colleagues went through a once-in-a-lifetime experience while readying themselves for the future challenges.
