Rosie O'Hara
Rosie is a licensed ROOTS SHOOTS FRUITS facilitator and is a Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of NLP.
Rosie’s background is in mechanical engineering, and for many years has worked for multi-national companies in Germany and England. She is also a qualified and experienced translator and interpreter in German. Having owned a successful confectionery and hand crafted bakery and a language company Rosie can empathise with the many challenges facing organisations in today’s ever changing business environment.
Rosie’s daily life centres round assisting companies, and organisations, and owners of small business to generate alternative behaviours, preventing stress and absenteeism and enabling teams to work together to produce maximum efficiency.
Events in Rosie’s personal life between 1992 and 1994 led her to work on various changes, particularly in respect of language and to reframe her approach to life and other people.
Rosie has appeared on television, as well as on radio speaking about the effects of language on how we perceive the world. In 2005 she produced the first CD introducing NLP with a British female voice and her unique take on the subject.
Privately she enjoys time with her grandsons and listening to, and when the opportunity arises, singing Jazz.
Her philosophy is to enable people to achieve their true potential.
