Performance Change Programme


RSF FolderROOTS SHOOTS FRUITS, is our Touchstone ‘Performance Change Programme' presented over three separate days approx one week apart. This allows team members to work on their Peronal Action Plan and to adopt the new Learnings with a view to becoming consciously competent using the new tools and techniques. The learnings come alive in the ‘doing’.

Team members attach thier own meanings to the insights, along with learning the proven tools and techniques within the programme, so it becomes embedded as part of your new unconscious behavioural patterns and responses.

Throughout the programme we regularly break into small groups to complete action exercises and discuss learnings, meanings and required actions. Team Members will be able to implement the new Learnings immediately. The workshop format is informal, participative and fun.

The Harvest

Well, it should really be called the ‘GRAPE’ as we inevitably meet up in an informal, relaxed setting (usually a bar / meal) normally 1 month after completing FRUITS; a time and place agreed with the sponsor.

The objective of THE HARVEST is to share success stories and hear of the new behaviour patterns now adopted and the positive impact it has had for the individuals / team as well as the Business.

This is an excellent environment to bring the team together and continue to learn from each other and clarify any interesting points that may have arisen.
