Kirsty McKinnon
Kirsty McKinnon is a licensed facilitator as well as The Director of ROOTS SHOOTS FRUITS Training Academy. Kirsty is a Certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP, Time Line Therapy™ and Hypnotherapy.
Kirsty has a BSc (Hons) in Medical Biochemistry and her decade of retail management and sales account management experience comes from companies such as Marks & Spencer, Mattel and Masterfoods. Her areas of expertise lies in sales, communication, values and business development. Her next step took her into the coaching and training arena where she has been delivering public courses and developing business communication practitioners. Kirsty spent a year in Sydney and New Zealand as Sales Manager in the NLP industry and coaching executive clients.
Her role spans out of the office onto the golf course and the athletics track where Kirsty uses the mind techniques to enable people to excel in their sport. Kirsty ran as Scottish Champion and within British Schools for 100m and 200m and takes an integrated approach to healthy body and mind.
Kirsty is currently writing 2 books based on NLP techniques and developing product for the training arena.
