Isobel Mackay

Isobel MackayIsobel is a licensed ROOTS SHOOTS FRUITS facilitator and is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, has an MSc in Personnel Management, is a Member of the Association for Coaching and the European Coaching Institute.  Isobel is also a qualified Business Coach.

Isobel has worked within the Human Resource (HR)/ Training and Development environment for several years, with the last 10 focused in the outsourcing sector of HR.  This has given her a wealth of experience of working to align HR policies with business objectives /outcomes supporting businesses to attract and retain talent.  This resulted in the creation and management of standard processes for all HR activities to ensure an improved service for clients and their employees.

She has worked with several global Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) organizations; Accenture, Hewitt, ACS, whose client base includes US and European organizations such as; BP, Bank of America,  Bank of Montreal, International Paper, Prudential, Motorola and General Motors.  Within the BPO, Isobel has also lead projects offshoring work to India and Poland.

Isobel spent two years in Barcelona, supporting a European outsourcing project, leading the transition and transformation of client training administration across 10 European countries; she also worked as European Operations Manager for a Shared Service Centre.

Isobel is currently writing articles based on her BPO and business coaching experience.
