ROOTS SHOOTS FRUITS is an expanding business, sport, mentoring, high performance coaching and training practice. We work with many varying types of organisations and market sectors.
David Yeoman
The creator and founder of ROOTS SHOOTS FRUITS was inspired to develop a programme from his personal and business experiences after observing the damaging impact of poor communication and the emotional effect and consequences to both individuals and organisations. Having co-owned a multi million pound Business and spent many years as an employee as well, David has firsthand experience of the challenges and emotions that are faced on a daily basis by both employees, managers and business owners. ROOTS SHOOTS FRUITS has been described as a positive psychology.
David is a Graduate Member and Certified NLP Practitioner with the International NLP Trainers Association, a Master Business Practitioner in NLP and a qualified Practitioner of Time Line Techniques & Therapy™ as well as having a Certificate in Counselling Skills.
On a personal level, some 9 years ago David discovered how the use of language had a positive effect on his mental well being and state after ‘Significant Emotional Event'.
David has appeared on Television and writes articles and features in various newspapers including the Daily Record. David has discussed various issues on TV that have included "How to cope with loss" and the art of reframing a "significant emotional event".
On Radio, David has talked about the benefits of Business Mentoring & High Performance Coaching and how CHANGE is more than possible for everyone with the appropriate effective tools and techniques. He is also involved with assisting other Dads come to terms with neo-natal loss at the Queen Mother's Maternity Hospital in Glasgow, Scotland.
